Low-class luxury living! Im writing this review to give prospective renters an honest opinion of this community. I've lived there, sad to say.

The apartments are the lowest standard of luxury Ive ever seen. The model apartment had a Jacuzzi tub with jets, however the apartment I was offered DID NOT, the model is a marketing ploy.

The trash compactor at the front entrance is 'ALWAYS' overflowing and is an eye sore as you enter the community. Guest coming to visit will see this and the smell is absolutely horrible.

People leave their trash in the breezeways and the leasing office could care less. The apartments also have cockroaches that reappear even after they send an exterminator. Ive seen mice as well, although there are PLENTY of stray cats to keep them to a minimal.

A person was killed at the mailbox hub in 2004 and another severely wounded. www.ajc.com please check the archives.

The apartment management is rude, arrogant, unsympathetic, DOES NOT care about their residents or their comnnunity. They're unprofessional and take pride in intimidating their residents. If management is reconstructed, I'm sure the community would become a success! If they learned to value their residents, I'm sure they'd stay longer and renew their leases!!!!

I would not recommend living here unless you yourself are low-class! Poor, poor quality of living!

There are several apartment complexs in the Towne Lake area, choose wisely because The Terraces at Towne Lake is misleading the public.
