Living at The Terraces apartments is a nightmare!! We've had shootings and murders, meth labs, cars broken into and stolen, distructive teenagers, hit and runs, as well as neglagent tenants which resulted in fire. There is no security or a feeling of safety. If you call the after hours number (which they advertise on their voicemail) no one takes you serious enough to call you back. Not even the respect of a courtesy call. The gates never work and if by chance they do work, anyone can enter the property because the gates are so slow. The outdoor lighting is a joke. I've seen teenagers doing drugs on the back side of my building. The office staff is pathetic. The dirt and mold on the walls of the breezeways is absolutely scary! This place is the nastiest ghetto!!!!!!!!! I'm in the process of looking for a better place to live even if I have to break my lease!!!!!!!!!!!
