I have lived here for about a year and a hlaf.I haven't really had any major problems. Most of the stuff that has been even close to becoming major I immeadiatley spoke to the office about. For the most part they have been pretty helpful. They got rid of the one girl who was mean and so far the service has definatley improved!I used to live in Greenhouse and this place is a resort compared to that. The gates haven't worked in forever but it wouldn't matter if they did or not because you can always jump behind the car in front of you, just like nearly every other apartment complex and most subdivisions. Other than the pools not being as clean as I would like and no parking. The maitenence men have always been very nice and if they can't fix the problem they keep coming back until they do.
