The Terraces at Towne Lake does not offer what it claims. Ths quality has dramatically diminished within the past year. Starting at the front 'gate' that hasn't worked as security for months on to the used condoms in the parking lot...left for over a week. Move on to the murder and fire that wiped out the homes of 8 families. Don't believe the staff's lie of matching up tenants with 'complimentary neighbors'....families and elderly are housed in the same buildings as young-partying types. The staff also parks in spots designated for 'future residents'. Don't bother complaining as the response will be 'call the police'. Terraces at Towne Lake uses the line 'well, it is an apartment complex' to cover a multitude of sins from drugs, under-age drinking, beer cans, cloudy pool water, fights in the hallways, etc. Hall safety lighting fixtures have hung by wires for over 2 years. The interior of our unit was to be updated but wasn't. Ceiling stains, gouged floors and counter tops, moldy bathrooms and leaky windows are the norm. Recommendation to live at the Terraces at Towne Lake'' Hardly.
