Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
Black mold, speeding cars through parking lots, noisy neighbors, high utilities, can't depend on maintenance, dog crap/smell of dog crap everywhere, rodents(not just bugs).... I could go on but that sums it up briefly.
