our experience has been an ok one...i don't know what bldg some of these other people were living in but thank God we weren't there! We have lived here 3 yrs and have not had anything close to these "other" experiences. I agree it is not perfect by any means, and there is definately room for improvement in certain areas, such as the garbage piling up. Maybe the staff have favourites' They have always been gracious to us and worked with us, esp when we were counter-offering on a house...they gave us an extended day or so to figure out our lease options to upgrade if that is what we wanted. We are grateful and for the most part have enjoyed our time here. There have definately been incidences that we have felt frustrated by but it has served our needs for this season in our lives. Maybe what you give out, you get back'!!!!
