THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX HAS THE LOWEST PERCENTAGE OUT OF ALL COMPLEXES IN WOODSTOCK!!!!! (and by far the most reviews).

The neighbors are horrible, the staff is unresponsive. 'Security Gates' have been closed maybe 5 times in the year that I have lived here. I have neighbors throwing used condoms our the window and have them for a view outside my patio, and have informed the staff over a month ago. They have not responded. I am thinking about calling the police and DHHS to get out of my lease. READ YOUR LEASE!! They have a clause that says that they can come in at ANY time for inspection without any cause. My notice letter stated that I had to have my carpets 'professionally cleaned' and provide a receipt. Not in the lease, though. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS; DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I don't feel safe and I don't even have kids. The neighborhood is overrun by high school kids who think they own the neighborhood. It's full of irresponsible parents who don't care what their kids are doing.

You are so right. I lived there a few years ago. The construction of the apartments is horrible. Can hear neighbors above and below. People play thumping bass music that vibrates the apartment. Domestic disputes were a constant nuisance. We got so fed up we broke our lease. They tried to charge us over $4000 for that, but settled for $1500. They never lost a months rent from us moving out, because someone else moved in at the beginning of the next month. When we moved in the carpet was old, but of course we were charged for that anyway.
