No major issues thus far except for loud neighbors and everytime they shut their door it slams even in the middle of the night. I have 2 small children and do not feel safe enough to let them play on the playground that could use some updatding. Whe my lease is up, I will be finding another place to call home. I also have a complaint about the gates too..there is alot of drive thur traffic and the gates have not been working since I moved here either. And the fitness center is supposed to be 24 hrs, but they do not have anymore cards for the new residents. I am truly dissapointed that I chose this place to live. I wish that I would have researched a bit more. I would not advise living here if you have small children. Oh and spiders are a big problem here. I cannot tell you how many spiders I have killed and I even have my apartment sprayed monthly. I live near the pet park...and ugh...the smell is awful...and the yard on between the bldg and the pet park is the unofficial football field. Big annoyance to day sleepers. The parking is another issus...God forbid that you come home late one night....you will have to walk across from another bldg to get a parking spot. And the car wash...what a waste. I know that we have been under a watering ban, but people park there anyways as well as the place where you can vaccum out your car too. There is the traffic light issue..do not come home when school is letting out...or you will have to wait for atleast 20 school bus' and many other cars. And to top it off you pratically have to dodge the kids in the morning as they walk in the middle of the road and will not move out of the way or use the sidewalks that are provided. I am truly dissapointed in my decision to move here.
