You pay for what you get. They are not very clean, lived on the top floor and wasn't too bad. Lots and lots of kids...so does get noisy. Was a B----h trying to get our refund back!!! We had cleaned that place up and down and even paid the people they recommended to clean our carpets and they said the reason we did not get it back was because of the carpets, when they were spotless! Finally got most of the money back after almost 8 months....the girls up in the office are sooo stupid! Huge AIRHEADS!! Very small though....the biggest complaint i would have would be the office people, don't fix anything that you ask of them.

I had the same experience with my deposit. I cleaned the place up and down, and had to call numerous times to get my refund. By the way- landlord tenant law in the state of GA states that they have three days to inform you of charges after you move out, and an invoice and any money owed within a month of the move-out date. If not, they owe you your whole deposit. Just keep good records and be persistent. They expect people to give up... I think that's the only reason the staff is still there; they make money, so why would corporate care how they treat people?

The promised to clean my carpets twice because the girl in the office told me if you renew your least they are suppose to clean the carpet but never did. The carpet was wet when I moved in and awful besides the are suppose to change the carpet when you move out, espicality after being there for three years.
