I would not recommend renting at the Terraces at Towne Lake. There is no up-keep on the animals at the apartment complex (i.e., dog poop is everywhere and there are cats in heat screaming all hours of the night). The staff is not very personable - you are just another number to them, no matter your circumstances. Lastly, they have changed their water utility policy so that instead of paying for just the water you use, you are paying for all the other tennants in your building (they take one reading for the whole building and split it based on the number in your apartment - my bill almost doubled).
So if you are looking for an apartment to rent in the Towne Lake area, try somewhere else unless you do not want to be treated with respect after you sign the lease.

I live here also, I had water to leak in my apartment for six days in a row. I made my complaint with the front office, they brought me 9 buckets with cement on them, I had to live with buckets in my apartment that long until something got resolved. I went to the manager and informed them I have a infant and a son in the apt., and that the smell of the carpet from the water leak was horable, and where the paint had fell off it just looked bad. I asked for the corporate number and they gave me the run around, just to save there butts. The terraces at townelake are bad and I truly would not refer them to anyone. They are nice to get u in, but after that u just a somebody complaining.
