looked nice at first but many problems. We have had problems with roaches from day 1. Complained numerous times and nothing seems to get done. You pay a fee every month for pest control yet nothing is done. Money just goes into their pockets. We overpaid on rent at one point and never received a refund. They promised to give you a carpet clean, new ceiling fans, or replace blinds as a bonus for renewing your lease by a certain date last year. It still has not been done. Do yourself a favor and do not move in to this complex. Management has recently changed but have seen no improvement. Kids run all over the parking lot. They think it is their playground. Residents seem to think it quite acceptable to throw footballs in the parking lot, hitting vehicles and laughing about it. Nothing is done by the staff to enforce rules.

things like this can not be changed on the way management hadles things if parents would parent their children you would be better off somethings are for management and some things are for the police cause i will be damned to see a person hit my cat with a football and i watch them laugh it off and not call the police that sounds like a personal problem to me get some balls and handle it the way you should but the one thing that i can agree with you on is that there are bugs and even though orkin comes out once a week its not great maybe they need to drop orkin bc they r the ones who see about the bugs
