When you first visit The Terraces at Towne Lake, you're impressed by the well-kept office youre walking into. Taking away the layers you need to realize the staff is rude, and misleading. Tennants are treated like misbehaven children and are slapped with a ridiculous set of rules such as wearing a wristband to get into pools. Trading your drivers license in to get a pin in order to work out on the 5 machines. Purchasing with a fee, a laundry card and half the washers and dryers do not work and you will not be refunded. Youre ambience is loud mufflers at all times of the night. Screaming teenagers and outside visitors. A front gate that is broken and busted. Our panels were falling off the walls of our patio. Roaches and ants come in every time it rains. The air conditioning has to be set on 45 degrees to feel like 75 degrees thus sending your power bill through the roof. Maintenance has to be repeatedly bugged just to come fix something. The staff gossip with one another instead of helping the person whose standing there waiting to turn in their steep rent. Staying here has been an awakening as to what a bad apartment community can be like. Dont let the first appearance fool you. This place has a dirty way about it. The Terraces office employees will come onto this site and write fake reviews aboyut how helpful the staff is and how wonderful the community is, dont be fooled by that either. You came here for the truth and I promise this is what it really is. I hope I was helpful. This place really feels like a sentencing or opunishment at this point. Good thing im almost out.

i like the idea of the pool bands bc it keeps the so called thugs who are ppl who dont live here from going to the pool and if they do come to the pool they are asked to leave and coming from LA what real thugs are in WOODSTOCK GA anyway you sheltered panzy
