Although I think the new management is trying to make changes, the reality is that this Complex is full of thugs. There are some really good people that live here too, but the thugs and thieves are the ones that are most visual. Before you sign a lease here, come back on a Saturday and take a drive through the complex. If you can, come at night. If you have young children, or teens, be careful. There are some very questionable character people, young adults (over 21, but not older than 30) that sell drugs and would just as happily sell to your teen as anyone. The Woodstock Police told me that this Complex is a HOTBED of activity for them. I would have to say this is not a good place for a family. There is so much dog poop on the grounds the entire place smells like ----. Can't wait to see what it smells like in the middle of August.

i like the idea of the pool bands bc it keeps the so called thugs who are ppl who dont live here from going to the pool and if they do come to the pool they are asked to leave and coming from LA what real thugs are in WOODSTOCK GA anyway you sheltered panzy

I do have a family with 3 children. I have driven and walked through the community at night, never have I seen anything questionable. The kids hang out at the tennis courts. Big deal! I feel very safe here.

i happen to know that there is A LOT of drug use in this apartment complex. many of my friends live there and they talk about it all the time. i would never live in that apartment complex just from hearing about all the drugs.
