We have lived here for over a year now with our children. We love it here. The cpmplex is quiet, clean, safe and affordable. The office staff are really nice, at least they are to me...I pay my rent on time. It seems someone has a vendetta to make the Terraces sound really bad, but it is not. That actually is offensive to me since I really like it here and this is my home. Can you hear your neighbors...at times, but what do you really expect, you live in an apartment.

u tell who ever that is if a condom was by your door that is unfortunate but u can only minimize the dumb stuff ppl not eliminate it and since when would that b a problem of the leasing office after you let them kno im sure they removed it

So....you dont event live here, yet you still find it completely necessary to try to down the apartments. Since I actually currently live here, I guess I would have more of a idea as to what is going on now. I am not blind. I do see what is going on here. Do you really have nothing better to do with your life than to check this website daily? I think you may want to find something else to occupy your time than constantly complaining about a place you no longer live.

You are full of it too. I complain because I have a higher standard of living than you do. Do you see the pictures posted or are you blind?? Do you think they are just fabricated? I posted the condom pictures right outside my porch. It was a good TWO MONTHS before they even did anything about it. DISGUSTING. For the record: I pay my bills on time, have an excellent credit score, and own a house now. I am just sick of you idiots trying to drive up the percentage on this place when it should be condemned. First of all. If you want to be taken seriously, learn to write in proper English. There is no such word as 'b', 'ppl' and 'u'. You aren't texting, idiot. If you read my response, they didn't do anything about it for two months after I told them. I don't expect you to be able to comprehend a paragraph when you can't even compose a sentence correctly. Second person- I can write whenever and whatever I feel like. It was the worst apartment experience I have ever had and I live in the still live in the same community of Town Lake. I check the website daily because these phony reviews get emailed to me daily. If it bugs you so much, then don't read my comments.

Good for you, I believe the person should be able to write in proper English. I lived there also and the first year was great, then all HELL broke lose. It is an awful place to live, the noise was awful, dog stuff all over you could not even walk into your apartment without holding your nose because of the stink. I know live in a very quite apartment complex and the breezeways are washed every week, and painted no trash all over and no dog stuff or cats screaming at night. JUST WAIT THEY ARE IN for a suprise. What about the people that where arrested for drugs there???? And that was in the paper. They let anyone in there and I paid my rent on time and my bills are all paid so it is not the ones that did not pay there rent.

Im sorry I have to say i hav seen a change to this apartment complex. Im a hard working single man who has lived in some pretty bad apartments and this is a big step up for me. The staff has been great to me and I see the staff hard at work everyday. May I say Im no big shot or care to judge anyon but most of the problem here are the people not the staff! Whats fun to me is people let there dogs ---- every were but then complain about the smell or smoke there cancer sticks and throw them on the ground and talk about trash. We have to help keep the community clean,its not by far a rated 10 but I see the effort and I wish alot of people would take note of that!!! Thank You
