I grew up in the South Bronx, N.Y. for 31 years. I know bad when I see it. Terraces at Town Lake is the Middle Class dream come true. You're in the middle of beautiful homes and and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a local dance club called The Place about 1/2 mile down the road, great place to hang, have a few drinks and "WALK" home. The school is within walking distance so your child has an option of walking to or from school for extra cirricular activities if you can drop them off or pick them up. The complex has TWO pools. It's kept clean and there is no racket at night with hoodlums hang out. The complex can boost about their resident committee. Greg and his wife do a wonderful job having things for the residences to do all year long. I can go on and on about all the great things that Terraces at Town Lake has to offer, but I don't think you want to read a 5000 word review. To the point ! It's a great place to live. Ed T.........

oh yes his wife name is Olivia I think they r great they really keep the place a community verses a places to just lay your head

Once again. Have higher standards. Basically- If you don't mind living among scumbags and filth, live here. If you want to feel like you are in a safe, clean environment, don't. I think it's a huge coincidence that the last three days in a row there have been positive reviews on this place. Makes you think.
