Hi Im reading all these reviews and it kinda makes me a little upset at what some people are saying. Im a very laid back person who has lived in apartment comm most of my life. im new to the area and I must addmit that when looking for a place and seeing terracs rating I was kind throwing off much lower that it is now. I cant lie the money issue was a big reason I wanted to give terraces a try so I stopped by and was totally shocked! This is nothing like I have every lived in at this price and for the area. Im very pleased and the staff has been nothing but nice to me.Ive even had help from one of the grounds men with my trash and has always had something good to say. Now the bad at night it is a little different place no lie but the last couple of nights have been good. Plus and let me say that with a big PLUS to me its not the staff that makes you guys feel the way you feel I think its some of the people not everyone but some. Smoking butts and dog ---- is a big problem but its because the people dont care and we cant blam that on the staff. No lie I have watched people take there dog for a ---- right next to the dog can and dont pick it up. I have also watched the ground keeper pick this same ---- up everyday with no problem. I just would like us to look at us this place does have its problems yes but like I said before I love the effort and believe me there are place that dont give a damn and to me this is not that place. Parking is kinda bad at night also thats all.

So if this bogus review isn't already a dead give away, the characters at the end make it even more skeptical. Live somewhere besides second rate apartment complexes (i.e. in a basement rental or a privately owned rental house) and you'll know what you're missing out on (mostly the human decency).
