I lived at The Avonlea for 3 years and never had a problem. The girls in the office were all very friendly and helpful. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The only issue I had was with my neighbors upstair who seemed to do "everything" very loudly, but that is not something that management can do anything about.

I guess that just comes with any apartment because I've lived in all kinds of apartments and every single one had noise issues.
