I have lived at Avonlea for almost 2 years and I honestly couldn't ask for a better place to live. I was not excited about leaving my house for an apartment to down size, but once I got here I loved it. I don't have to deal with any maintenance inside or outside my apartment.
The staff in the office are always willing to help with anything and even go out of their way to call you if you have a package or if you needed something fixed in your apartment they call to make sure it was done in a timely manner. The greatest thing is they have activities all the time, which is great for my 2 kids. Not to mention me. I get to meet my neighbors so I don't feel like I'm in an apartment, but more in a neighborhood. Anyone that is thinking of apartment living this is def. the place to be.
