I have lived at Waldan Chase Apartments going on four months now and I have had only one maintaince issue arise (bee nest starting to form) and it was taken care of immediately to my suprise. The staff was quick in thier concern to take care of the situation immediatly. I have had no parking or safety issues at this time. I have noticed that the Police patrol through the complex daily and nightly. Overall, I am happy to be living here at Waldan Chase.
