I am a previous tenant of this community and would like to say that yes, since the property has sold that it is HORRIBLE! You could never get a maintenance issue resolved, you could NEVER find anyone in the office to help you. The property was a constant trash pit, the noise was unbearable (shooting, fighting, cursing, hanging outside the units until wee hours of the morning, etc.) The previous manager was super sweet and did care about her residents. I am not even sure if there has been an official manager since she has left. Like I said, no one is ever in the office. So after being 8 year residents of this commnity, my family & I have been fortunate enough to find ourseleves a home and get out of this hellhole. I would not refer anyone to this community!
