Bad choice They snow you the minute you walk in the door. Once that lease is signed, they treat you horribly. Only positive note was the maintenance guys...which you'll see often because something goes wrong monthly. Had many issues including mold which was not taken care of correctly.

I have lived in Whispering Trace for almost 5 yrs. now. It is one of the best places I have lived while in GA. The police aren't here every night and repairs are taken care of in timely manor. After the last managers we had, I think Karli and Don are great!! Good job guy's:):)
