Excellent Place to Live - I've lived here for 3 years and am moving out of the state. This is the best apartment complex at which I've ever stayed. The management is warm and friendly, very responsive to any requests, and the maintenance staff is just as friendly, available and competent. The grounds are very well kept (like clockwork). Renter Beware - Unresponsive,unqualified and rude management. They refused to show bonding information for staff and HVAC licensure for maintenance personnel. Loved it!! We lived in a spacious one bedroom apartment close to the playground! The living room was well lit and felt bigger due to the wall of windows. It was clean and beautiful with a huge garden tub! :) The staff are amazing!! The pool is spacious w/ a lot of seating! Was sad to move away.

Worst Place Ever This is the worst place ever to live......there is no maintenance done on the buildings or the grounds. They raise your rent every year and do nothing to earn it! Also the tenants they are now renting to are scary. Don't rent here!

Love the people here!! We have lived here for over a year now with our children. We love it here. The cpmplex is quiet, clean, safe and affordable. The office staff are really nice, at least they are to me...I pay my rent on time. It seems someone has a vendetta to make the Terraces
