The Apartment I had was in the Tower and had enough space for my queen bed.. a computer desk.. couch.. Chair.. and TV Stand. Yep - I never had any issues here with people bothering you. I lived here for almost 3 years and Loved it. It's the perfect size for a single person. The Apartment I had was in the Tower and had enough space for my queen bed.. a computer desk.. couch.. Chair.. and TV Stand. Excellent!! Highly Recommended!! Very quiet, clean and safe property!
Staff is very friendly. Our unit was very clean with new appliances, new drapery. We had a very nice view of the Waianae Mountain Range.
We recommend the place and would gladly return to live there someday!

Horrible! Julianna Towers is horrible! The staff and Maintenance seems okay and friendly at first but their jobs are quick fixes which results in more damage.Laundry Facility is crap. It's expensive and doesn't even get your clothes dry. Upon moving out they charge for normal wear and tear!

Pearlridge Garden and Tower I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family. It is in a very nice and centralized area. I lived there for 2 year and never had any problems with neighbors or anything. The crime here is also very low because I never heard any mishps while I lived

It sucks when i first moved in the original manager was awesome then the part owner took over and it sucked no smoking allowed on property, no bbqs and they also have a curfew there is no where on the property for neighbors to mingle no pets and the condition of the apartments are bad my first

Pearlridge Gardens and tower I do NOT recommend living here. It is a very "sketchy" building. People who do not live here are always using the pool and bbq area. I have seen the police here ALL the time lately which makes me feel unsafe. There is NO parking if you have more than one car and
