Nice place to live I actually think this is a nice place to live! My rent is reasonable, especially for all that I have here, the gym, beach close, yard space. Management has been friendly and helpful to me. My only complaint is maybe the traffic, but hey,it's Ewa Beach.

Townhomes It's a beautiful place to live but unless you work in Ewa or Waipahu the traffic isn't really worth it. I've enjoyed my time this close to the beach.

It might not be for you but for me and my family we are very happy! I have rented for years and this place has what most places don't have it has a feeling of community. Yes the beach is nice, fitness center is great, and everything else but what keeps me here is it feels like home.

NEEDS SECURITY!! Had issues with attempted breakins with my car. I dont think staff is well trained with what lease terms are either. Said the OPPOSITE of what was in the signed lease when calling for assistance. Not only staff, but management too!
