Cheap rent and nice location, but high-maintenance - This place has pros and cons. On the plus side, it's cheap and a new, clean building. The location is pretty prime. The downsides are mainly the bare-minimum structuring of the apartment. They are tiny and rather sterile. Tenets are quiet and the walls are thick. Trade winds come through nicely and I had a nice view. Pets are allowed! It's a good location for walking to anything in Waikiki.
