We have lived at Walina apartments for nearly a year. The staff is fantastic.We had searched for two months for pet friendly buildings. Most Realtors did not even return our phone calls. The staff returned our calls the same day and continually addresses any concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. The location is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and beautiful Waikiki beach and work. We have a safe,clean and secure building. It is important that I feel safe as my husband is frequently away on business. Everyone is on a first name basis and the folks that maintain the building take pride in their work and the relationships with the tenants. I am also a Real Estate agent and manage luxury vacation rentals. The price that Walina charges is very reasonable and the quality of life in the neighbourhood is unsurpassed. I am very grateful that we found not only a great place to live, we found an OHANA (Family). I strongly recommend any of Cirrus Asset Management properties.Mahalo for your Aloha.
