The gate gaurds are very rude. They dont even know who lives at the apartments. They would not let me drive on the grounds even though I lived there. It is very loud in the morning. Laundry is very expensive to do on their property. You have to pay extra for an assigned parking spot or else it is first come first serve.

To ANYBODY who would even think about renting one of these apartments, you should THINK TWICE....If you live in poverty and don't make enough money to make the rent this is the place for you, its dirty, security guards are about the stupidest people that i have ever meet in my life, its trashy, probably one of the worst places that you could ever live...i lived there for a year one of the dumbest mistakes of my life, and it was to sum it up hell...i would have rather lived on the streets then live there....DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE...unless you are hawaiian then its ok, but for you white people coming from the mainland or in the military DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT....take it from experience which i have here it will be the worst mistake of your life.....thanks an old hillside tennant...this is how it should be told....
