Village Maluhia

I figured i'd keep my review simple by writing the pros and cons of this building where i've lived for the past 4 years:
Pros: Washer/Dryer in unit, nice pool, jacuzzi, sauna, okay weight room, nice bbq area, building is well-kept and maintained, pretty safe and secure building (the fact that you need a key to get in any part of the building makes it especially safe), convenient location (near bus lines, stores, schools, places to eat), like another reviewer said, the maintenance fee covers water, electricity, and cable which is very convenient, there's a convenience store in the building, the resident manager is easy to get ahold of since he carries a cell phone and a pager.
Cons: no guest parking, hard to find street parking in the area, only one parking stall per unit (which is also true for most other buildings), no pets are allowed (could be a pro if you don't want to live in a building that allows animals, but we wish we could have a small dog), no air conditioning (it can get very hot, especially in the summer and when you have the dryer running).
Overall, it's a good, no frills place to live if that's what you're looking for.
