Owning and renting... - I've been renting here since 2004. It's a good building with good tennants. The people are respectful to others, especially the ones on my floor. Ready to Leave I've lived here for about a month and a half now, and it's been okay so far. It all depends where you live within the complex and who your neighbors are. Some of our neighbors are pigs and/or are loud. This is definitely not a good environment if you have a family.
