The managers are helpful and go to extra lengths to make sure your requests are met. The exterior is kept up nicely and the landscaping is very well done. The apartments are nice, and most of all, quiet. While there will be the occasional toddler whining down the hallway, 99% of the time the atmosphere is quiet. Parking is adequate, however there is no option to have your vehicle garaged.

Maintenance issues are done in a timely manner as well, and usually done right the first time. There are washers/dryers on each floor of every building and a decent level of security is in place.

Overall it was a great experience living here. I would recommend the apartments to anyone in the Des Moines area looking for a good neighborhood and a good value.
