The apartment complex landscaping is maintained well. Interiors of most apartments are dated back to the 70's and 80's and need reconditioning. Maintenance issues can take longer than usual times to complete, and can take multiple trips to fix it right. The apartments are generally quiet except during the afternoons. Overall it is a decent apartment complex, but look elsewhere unless you specifically want to be in that area.
