I lived several years at Altoona Terrace, and have recommended this apartment complex to others. The rate was competitive, the buildings & grounds are both clean and well maintained. I felt very safe living here, as there are security doors. When I lived there, management had decided to build a Gazebo centrally located on the property. I would have rather had a pool, but overall my apartment was nice and I never had a problem with the property or management.
