Rent is cheap here for a reason! Heat is "supposed" to be included in your rent and then they hit you with a mid-winter bill increase for $25.00 a month to be paid (now get this) until further notice... you are to pay an increase of 25.00 a month each month for the heat with a deadline of "until further notice". LOL If your rent is over 3 days late they hit you with a 40.00 late fee regardless of why it may be late.
There is no room for guest parking and and even tenants can only have one vehicle on the lot at a time. THEY WILL TOW YOU OR YOUR GUESTS.. TRUST ME! MY BEST FRIENDS TRUCK WAS TOWED OFF THE LOT. Keep looking else where.. you don't need this kind of headache.
