I agree with the other people I loved my apartment because it was so cozy and a good little place to live...But the management on the other hand-- is the main reason I left. And I would NEVER refer anyone to live here! Actually people have asked me about those apartments and I tell them the same exact thing! It is exactally like the other person said. They are nice until you actually move in. Eileen in sweet it is Derrick that I had problems with. Very rude told me when I needed to put in my 30 day notice so I did it and he said my lease automatically renewed.. And I would have to pay another year.. Me and my mom had gotten into many arguments and even started to take him to court before he decided that he would get some senses and realize the day after I put in my notice he finally sent out the letter stating that I needed to renew it.. I had many people helping me clean my apartment ----- and span and still got $150 less on my deposit back for (not turning in my notice in a timely manor) I also agree about the cat.. I got frowned at for asking if they allow them but then they have a cat running around. Same with the parking lot. I was not allow to have friends over for along period of time because it took up space.. When there was ALWAY empty spaces available. So when people came over they had to park on 4th street. But then the Landlord had family over and parked is RV in the parking lot! Very Rude!
