I lived there for a year and a half, and it was a pleasant experience. The staff are wonderful people. They are always very warm and friendly, and so are the neighbors. It's pretty peaceful.

Sometimes you can hear the people above you moving around a little, but it's not that much of a problem. And when it's warm out there are usually kids playing outside, but they're nice and don't cause any problems. And if you're the type that likes to sleep in late, you might get woke up by the lawnmower every now and then.

There's always somewhere to park, but there's no guarantee that that spot will be close to your apartment. Especially later in the evening. There are always plenty of spots in the main parking lot, but that's a little far away, not terribly far, but not exactly convenient for carrying a bunch of groceries up either. And in the winter, they could have done a better job keeping the parking lot free of ice and snow.

As for the apartments themselves, the bedrooms are a little on the small side. The kitchen was wonderful. Dishwasher, microwave, and even a little pantry. Plenty of room for everything. The living room was a pretty good size, and the balcony was nice too.

The master bedroom was actually pretty big too, and had a bathroom attached to it. The shower in there was small, but it was still convenient. The closets are all pretty nicely sized too.

The laundry rooms are pretty great. They give you a $90 laundry card when you move in, and that actually goes quite a ways. They can be kind of busy on the weekends, though, but during the week hardly anyone is ever doing laundry.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. We only moved out because the apartment was a bit small for our family and we found a house.
