I just had a terrible experience moving from Ashbrooke apts, that was a nightmare. I could hear everything so i was a little skeptical to move here but this neighborhood is wonderful! Very quiet the walls are very well insulated we don't hear neighbors we barely hear the door shut from the bedroom! Only problem i have is the walls get dents and dings very easily we set a recliner a little close to the wall and it tore it up a little. But otherise wonderful price compaired to Ashbrooke everything is just wonderful!!

Ok so this was my old account as you can see I've lived there for about 2 years...It was nice at first compared to what we were use to..then management changed and maintanence and it seemed that everything went down hill from there...after about 3 months our dishwasher broke it still hasn't gotten fixed, also when we renewed our lease we were suppose to get new ceiling fans and carpet cleaning and got netiher, we call everyday to try to talk to the manager or maintanence or anything and no one returns our calls or answers...My car got robbed here and late at night many nights someone will run through the halls knocking on peoples doors...I have had numerous noise complaints about my dog barking constantly and running around all hours of the day and night....my dog is 11 never barks and is in his kennel when i am at work during the day and when i'm home he eats and sleeps...This is a terrible place cops are constantly being called out and patrolling the parking lots...One positive is that they are trying to spruce up the place but there is no management or maintanence at all...TERRIBLE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS...
