I've been living here for about 5 years and totally agree that the place is a mess! There are police there most nights. Kids that are out of control! Mostly a bunch of mouthy teenagers who drink, smoke, or whatever and nobody seems to do anything about it. Very NOISY! Kids making tons of noise, radios blaring, and my upstairs neighbors that apparently don't know how to walk without stomping or their kids that bounce balls and are RUNNING through their apartment and all over my ceiling all hours of the night. Rent keeps raising. They haven't done any upkeep to my apt since I've been there and I will have to call for months before they will actually do maintence. I signed a new lease (or they would raise my rent $50 a month) last summer and they agreed to put in two new ceiling fans for me resigning. I have yet to see that and my lease expires in the next couple of months. I was just informed it will be raising $50 more at that time or $80 if I go month to month. We will be looking for someplace else to go. Oh, and yeah the pool they've been promising.. NEVER going to happen. Unless they buy some blow up thing from WalMart!
