For the most part living here is good. The people who rent here are nice and 98% of the families have great, well behaved children who are respectful. The units (town homes) if they are remodeled are great, if they are not remodeled they are good. I have not lived in the apartments here but have friends who do and they say that the apartments are ok. The playgrounds are not that great. Cutting costs is a good thing when you are grocery shopping but not when the item is a playground for a apartment complex. The "new" playground is something that was designed for a residential home of a max of 5 kids, not for a community playground. I expect it to last maybe a year. The "old" playground is a law suit waiting to happen. I hate having my child play on that one but, depending on who is actually outside watching their children at the "new" playground, sometimes there is no other option. As far as the staff go, if you can catch them in the office (which is not very often) they they take care of your concerns rather quickly, other wise you are up you know what creek and only God knows when it will get resolved. Over all it is nice, quiet place to live, the people living here are nice and respectful and it is a wonderful school district, but if I had the money to, I'd move (into a HOUSE).
