Like it here - I currently live in Altoona Terrace apartments and they are very cozy and the surroundings are wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. There is a park behind with a softball field and Frisbee golf course to enjoy, as well as playground equipment. The management is always there to help you if needed. Please look somewhere else 6 months at this place have taught me a lot of patience. The managment is RUDE, and could care less about how they treat you. I dont mind my neighbors...but if you think you can live here and not be under a dictatorship you are mistaken......very very mistaken.

Average apartments, could be better. The apartment complex landscaping is maintained well. Interiors of most apartments are dated back to the 70's and 80's and need reconditioning. Maintenance issues can take longer than usual times to complete, and can take multiple trips to fix it
