I only sublet during the summer but I learned a lot. The only carpeting is in the rooms and you need to find carpet or rugs to cover the rest of the place. During cold days the cement is freezing! The other thing is the 'porch'. I lived in an apartment on the south side of the building and the porch faced the other apartment! You could walk over the bars seperating the 2 apartments and go into your neighbors house. The only upside to this facility is the location, and that is honestly the only reason it is making money. Parking, you have to walk quite a distance to get your car.
