The Fieldstone Grand apartment complex is in desperate need of help. The buildings themselves would be GREAT if the management would actually fix their problems. And speaking of the management, I have a list of greivances and here I'll only mention the most agrivating. First, starting when I moved in, whenever it would rain, a window would leak so bad that it was like it wan't even there. Both my rommate and I called in about a dozen times to have them fix it and nothing was done. Then in the early spring, I forgot to get my vehicle registered and a notice was placed on my window. I fixed the problem and had my vehicle registered the next day with a sticker on the plates. But my car was STILL TOWED because the management did not do any follow up and they still tried to make me pay the towing fees. And the biggest agrivation I had, happened a few days ago when my roommate and I returned from a movie and found an EVICTION NOTICE on the door that said we had not payed rent and we would be taken to court. Of course I had payed the rent, and I have payed the rent on time every month. When the management was addressed of their mistake the following morning, my roommate and I recieved attitude and were treated as if WE had done something wrong when we had the proof that the rent was payed with us. The managment is absolutely horrible and I would be surprised if they are still in charge a year from now.
