I lived on the ground floor of the apartment, and in the spring, I had water come in the lower level. Management came around and ripped up the carpet and removed the wet padding, then relayed the existing carpet over the bare concrete. That was in April. Upon our moving out in late July, the padding was still not replaced as was promised. No compensation was deducted from our rent. Ceilings are very thin. Heard the neighbors upstairs walking around all day every day. Nice layout, but horrible construction. You'll regret living there.
