Its not bad, especially for Ames, I would say great even

I went from the dorms, to Freddy Court, to one other apartments, to Fieldstone Grand. I will tell you, this is by far the best one Ive been in! My roommate, sister, and I have been living in a 3 bedroom townhouse since August. Of course the neighbors make a little bit of noise sometimes, the other neighbor's dog barks a little (not supposed to have dogs), some things have had to be fixed, but thats life in an apartment! Nothing major has ever happened. Im a little worried about the management, since the people we signed with are no longer owners, and the new owners have raised the price, and they arent going to do 'Fun Money' anymore. But If I could stay in Ames, I would stay here. But no, parking sucks sometimes, i wish there was assigned parking. AND theres a washer/dryer in every unit!
