I have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apt at Hickory Ridge. A few things are damaged, the apartment wasn't cleaned before I moved in, but I know this isn't the case in all the rooms. They are currently remodeling various apartments I believe, I know some of the other apartments have new applicances and carpet. The best thing about Hickory Ridge is the fact that it is an older complex. The building is solid construction, built in the 70s and there isn't any visable wear or tear. Also, the fact that it is an older structure provides more soundproof units than the newer, perhaps more cheaply constructed apartment complexes. I have my stereo near the door and when I go outisde and close the door I can't even hear it.
