Lived here for 1 year back in 2002. Very nice setting, kinda private and good upkeep. My only issue was the management - the neighbor upstairs had a pipe burst ruining my carpet. End of lease time, they had the temerity to suggest carpet cleaning tabs on me. Maintenance was lousy, had a sliding patio door that was never fixed during the whole year that I was there.
Pricey for the area but I guess if you put a low maintenance pool in you can charge higher. If you live on Pinon like I did its a long walk to get to the Red stop. Underground parking was a nice touch but you do pay for it. Parking totally sucks in the townhome region of the complex. Even apartments in Boston do better with a hell of a lot less room.
