It was an ok place to live, but far too expensive for the facilities and amenities. I had the same problem as one other reviewer: my neighbor's drain backed up into my kitchen and living room, flooding the linoleum (underneath)and the carpet in the living room and up the hall. Maintenance "fixed" the problem by pulling up the living room carpet on one edge and placing a large industrial blower under it for two days and then putting it back down. Of course, it was stretched and frayed along the edge where it had been pulled up, so it never fit again and looked like crap. When I moved out, they tried to charge me for new carpet, but my attorney and I resisted that notion. Both property management companies that had the place while I was there seemed to be very greedy - happy to charge exorbitant rents while resisting providing maintenance as much as possible.
