I have lived at Oakwood for over a year now. I have not had any problems with my apt. I had one maintance issue and that was taken care of the very same day. The apt. is very quite and secure. The utility bills are very low because of the older construction.
The staff is very friendly and nice. They call me by name whenever I see them. They are more then willing to help out whenever I have needed it. I got snowed in one weekend visiting family out of town and the manager went to my apt to feed my cat so I didn't have to worry about it.
The parking lot has plenty of space. Even when I am not able to park right outside of my door there is a large gravel over-flow lot that is never full and has plenty of space.
I would HIGHLY suggest renting from Oakwood.
