Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Managment changed about a year ago and since it has gone downhill. Fine you for everything they can think of. Watch you with surveilence cameras. Gravel parking lot. Manager parks wherever he wants but complains when other people do it. All they want is money, not customer satisfaction.
