I lived there for one year, and first off the efficient concrete construction is a joke, its far from too hot in summer and too cold in winter. Air conditioners dont work well at all. I had a 2 bedroom and i paid 600/ mo. not worth what i paid for sure. When i moved in they did not even get the carpets cleaned, so i had to move everything into 1 bedroom so they could do that after i had gotten there. The apartment was pretty nasty when i moved in. lots of cleaning left to do.
