PVW management is the worst thing about this apt complex, which makes it difficult to live here. Its a pain to request maintenace. They are cheap about everything and do NOT update anything. If they feel something is costly they will not fix it or make you deal with it or pay for it. Internet, which has become standard is NOT included. Most important, the management is intrusive and rude. They keep changing the resident manager every year or less. Other than that the apt is spacious, design layout is well, but like I said outdated and insulation is horrible so you lose lot of heat. Also, it is too expensive for a 3 bedroom apt given that NOTHING is included.
Finally, the location is good, which is the only reason I chose to live here.
