I love this apartment! I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath and it is perfect for two roommates. The second bedroom is a little small, but livable. Every time I have called to have something fixed, the maintenence man (who works for the management, he's not from another company) has been to our apartment within 3 days, most times that very day. It is a little pricey, but it is what I would expect to pay for the neighborhood and the quality of the building. The neighborhood is great! It's not like most other apartment complexes in town- it isn't just a street of apartments. One side of the street is our apartment buildings and the other side is homes- that people own and have families in. So there isn't the noise and party problem that other places have. The management makes an effort to know the names of the people who live in their apartments. The current manager, Tracy, is extremely nice and personable. I used to live in Windsor Pointe, and after I moved into these apartments it was like night and day as to what you want your apartment life to be like.
